SITRAC was honored at the Annual SIAC Holiday Party at Cafe Del
Mondo on Victory Blvd, Staten Island.
SITRAC was presented the Lou Marli Service Award which is
given annually to a individual/organization which exhibits long
term service to the running community.
SIAC President Brian
Foster stated "this group has been around since the mid
1990's. They have had their ups and downs but the 2010
ground-breaking is approaching soon. The community appreciates all
their hard work and dedication to bring this facility to Staten
Island".
SITRAC President
Lorraine Lettieri accepted the award on behalf of SITRAC and said
"We could not have achieved any of our goals without the
support of the community. This plaque will be proudly displayed in
our newly opened office in the South Beach Psychiatric Center. The
office overlooks the actual track construction site"
